 Former Block NZ winners Alice and Caleb Pearson expand from DIY into development

Serial house renovators Caleb and Alice Pearson, who won The Block NZ in 2013 and sold their 10th house in early 2020, have quietly expanded their property ventures from DIY into development.

In addition to the popular reality series launching their “after-hours career” as house flippers, Caleb Pearson works as a construction project manager or development manager.

Seven new townhouses in Te Atatu Peninsula are the realisation of his long-term dream to take that role one step further, with the founding of his own development company Waihanga with friend Logan James.

Six of the seven 71-square-metre homes have already sold off the plans, with their completion due at the end of this year.
