Developers of a massive new home community northwest of Fort Worth say they’ll have the first homes ready starting next fall.
In 2019, Dallas-based PMB Capital Investments bought 3,600 acres for the project near the intersections of State Highway 114 and U.S. Highway 287 in Wise County. The property was known as the Rolling V Ranch.
It’s the site of a new home community called Reunion, which is planned to have 10,000 houses.
The development is expected to cost more than $3.5 billion to build by the time it’s completed, making it one of the largest residential communities in North Texas.
Homes in the first phase will be priced from the $250,000s to $600,000s and will be constructed by builders including American Legend Homes, Perry Homes and UnionMain Homes.
“We’re excited to officially introduce Reunion,” PMB Capital partner Peter Pincoffs said in a statement. “When we purchased this land, we imagined a community that would meet the demand for reasonably priced single-family homes.
“Now, as we begin construction, we’re happy to have not only made that a reality, but we’ve created a space that encourages homeowners to embrace the exceptional features that this native landscape has to offer,” he said. “Reunion is a truly unique setting in Texas.”
Along with home sites, the Reunion residential community will include preserved lakes, rolling hills, waterfalls ands woods. The project will have sporting fields, playgrounds, pavilions, parks, walking trails…
