The UK property market is booming right now with house prices rising at their fastest pace in five years.
The North West is now ranked as one of the hottest property hotspots in the UK with seven of the top 10 areas showing the biggest house price rises over the past 12 months .
In Lancashire, Rossendale with an average house price of £207,618 and Lancaster at £199,707 have registered 11 per cent house price rises since March 2020.
The boom has largely been fuelled by the government temporarily cutting stamp duty while lockdown has also sparked a huge demand for people to move to bigger properties with garden space across the UK.
